Prominent Strengths
- Root Problem Identification: focuses on the core issues, then
develops and implements effective remedial plans. "Don't Treat
Symptoms, Solve the Problem".
- Listening Skills: seeks to fully understand the client's needs,
desires, and wishes before recommending a plan of action. This includes
paying attention to multiple sources of information to increase buy-in
throughout the organization.
- Knowledge Transfer: transfers as much knowledge to the client
personnel as they are able / willing to accept. The goal is for the
client to be able to handle routine maintenance and upgrades without
outside assistance.
- Empowerment: coaches peers and client personnel to grow in
their professional and personal lives with the intent of building a
more robust and productive workforce. Empowered employees are more productive
and less likely to seek opportunities elsewhere.
