Concept Study

Used to develop conceptual designs, estimated pricing and operating costs. The viability can then be assessed and budgets planned. A number of alternatives may be evaluated, from manual low bay to full automatic highbay solutions. Outputs include the land and building requirements, equipment, layout drawing and estimated costs.

Warehouse Design Study

This design study converts a concept into a workable design that can be implemented. The study includes detailed analysis of actual demand data to ensure the design meets the customer service requirements. Outputs include: list of equipment required with quoted costs, operational description, systems implications and manning estimates.

Warehouse Design Design

This solution is complex and may requires integration from different suppliers. Then a functional specification is used to ensure the items work together and is appropriate to the business requirements. The specification includes system interfaces, performance requirements and how other equipment is interfaced.
