9000:2000 ComplianceTransportation Management Group offers a wide range of services for small
and large companies to assist in achieving and maintaining ISO/QS 9000
ISO 9001:2000 Certification. Our Approach The following are the steps taken to become compliant and ultimately
registered to ISO 9001:2000. The Quality Manual must be developed or modified to address the clauses of the new standard. Procedures and Work Instructions are a vital part of the quality process. We assess the needs to be referenced and develop them as required. The critical and normal processes within the company need to be identified and documented. Internal auditing must be performed in a process format. The processes identified above will need to be audited by qualified auditors. Once all requirements have been met, the system can be audited to either confirm compliance or upgrade the existing certification to ISO 9001:2000.
