Our capabilitiesStrategy & Business Architecture TMG works to increase shareholder value by managing cost through efficient strategies, operations and technical execution. Implementing these strategies takes a solid understanding of the most efficient practices within a given industry. We use various process improvement techniques to reduce cycle times, improve global visibility, reduce unproductive activities and improve compliance, so you can concentrate on your customer. Supply chain management requires a change from traditional, storage focused warehousing to a distribution or product flow focus in a network system. We troubleshoot your supply chain by reviewing a composite of strategies, assets, technologies and management capabilities to manage inventory in motion across multiple supply networks. We do this by using a network strategy to execute efficient demand planning and manufacturing by leveraging transportation processes. This offering provides our shipper clients with access to specialized skills in transportation with emphasis on incorporating many of the transportation processes as part of the overall supply chain. These transportation functional processes support an end-to-end integrated supply chain management solution. Transportation Management ensures that the right product is delivered to the right customer, at the right time, with the right equipment, for the right price with enhanced delivery service at the best cost. Warehouse Design and Operation Distribution and warehouse operations deal with cost-effectively coordinating the movement of the right material in sufficient quantities from manufacturing to storage, and then from storage centers to on-time and as-needed delivery. Distribution operations typically account for the largest segment of assets in the supply chain and the second largest segment of cost. Factors such as postponement, cross-docking, increased customer demands for accuracy, speed, value-added services, flexibility, are causing traditional warehouses to evolve into integrated distribution centers. We help clients design and implement their physical distribution infrastructure, including detailed design "inside the four walls", while helping them address changes in their environment.
